PROSTHETIC ARCHITECTURE

The body is the defining element in the relationship between architecture and health. Experiment  involves the direct engagement of the body through the making of a prosthetic device.  This device must act on the body in some way, acting critically on the way the body functions in space. It will involve a considered haptic experience. It will be made worn, experienced, felt.
It is important to focus on individual interactions and space with other. Especially since this lack of relationship is the primary cause of discomfort, depression, and conflict. The concept is to establish communication networks creating  a minimum social spaces. The space would be not only a physical setting but also the bearer of meanings for individuals who are interacting with the prosthesis. The prosthesis would be a way to connect and establish interactions between individuals through individual meetings, experience of each and the relationship between them.
